VB ocean view rental for one night 8-28-03

We're not currently DVC members, however, after visiting WDW so many times, we have always stayed at OKW (we are considering to finally buy into the DVC); We would like to know can we rent points from any of the DVC members for one night (August 28th, 2003) at VB. Please let me know asap; please include your rental price
