VB dues for older contracts ??

Has anyone bought a VB contract under the lower dues schedule? I just wanted to know if a buyer today would get this benefit going forward (I would guess yes) and is it possible that all VB contracts could be brought under one schedule at some time in the future. In other words, is this two tier structure permanent?

I'm not positive, but I don't think the grandfathering would be carried over. DVC might even exercise the right of first refusal to get those contracts back in-house.

I'm not sure whether there's any end date to the subsidy. I know in contracts after the cut-off date they did include an end date for the subsidy?

Any original Vero owners out there who want to share the fine print?

The new owners would get the same benefits as the old owners, regardless. For OKW, it was the free passes. I was thinking that the dues subsidy was ending soon or had already done so.

There was a subsidy for folks who bought prior to 1998 that had an end date in 2001. Currently, there is still a subsidy for those who bought prior to 1/1/1996, I'm not sure whether that does have an end date. Considering that Vero opened in October 1995 I imagine there are only a small number of contracts that were bought Oct-Dec. 1995.
