VB- Availability June

Still waiting on paperwork, so our official information isnt entered into the computer yet, Everything signed and money transfered from lender Just curious if anyone knows. We would like to stay this June 7-10th at Vero Beach in a ocean front room...are we going to be out of luck? -
If VB isnt an option, and we decided to go see the mouse, what are the chances of getting in somewhere for those three nights?
