Variety To Childrens Menu?

Which restaurants have the best menu for children 9 and under, table service and couter service, anything other than chicken nuggets, mac and cheese?

For CS locations I have all park menus and DTD menus in a word document. I'll be happy to email them to you if you PM your email address to me.

It's hard to say what's best for kids in general because kids are SO different (even my two boys are day and night in what they like)

For TS restaurants I have

Spoodles, 50's Prime Time Cafe, Liberty Tree Tavern, Chef Mickey, Mama Melrose, Cap'n Jack's, Whispering Canyon Cafe, Narcoosee's, LeCellier, and Crystal Palace in word document format.
