Vanilla Coffee Carb Count??

Hi gang........just started a new job this week........YIPEE!!! And after the drama of having those dry sockets I started to feel the effects of my chronic fatigue syndrome again. My job is real early in the morning and my Avon business is looking real promising and I have had some new customers this week. BUT...... I am sooooooooooo extremely TIRED!!!!! So I have this Vanilla Coffee from Maxwell house and I can't find out the carbs in it anywhere, unless there aren't any (don't know much about coffee ingriedients). If someone knows this or knows where I can find it please let me..........I don't wanna fall into drinking diet soda all the time. THANKS GANG!!!

I looked on their website but couldn't find any nutritional information.

If you find out it's not good for you, you can make plain coffee and add DiVinci's vanilla syrup. I'm having some right now and it's yummy.

I just got a little pocket book that tells me fat and carb grams. If the coffee you are asking about is the Maxwell House Vanilla that comes in an envelope, this book says there are 90 calories, 1 gram of fat and 20 grams of carbs per serving.

This is a great little book that I plan to carry with me everywhere I go. It has the counts for 150 fast-food restaurants (most of which I can no longer eat at ), plus all sorts of convenience foods. I think it will come in handy when I try to track my carb intake per day.

BTW, did anyone else notice that the USDA database says sugar-free gelatin has 4.95 grams of carbs per 4 oz serving No wonder I wasn't losing weight.

no it's not the one in the envelope........it's in a can like the rest of the regular coffee's...........I can't believe we can't find it anywhere. I don't want to compare to another brand because some of those other brands add other things to make them a pre made drink.......well...........most of the other coffee' s in the calorie king book and my big book of everything (well almost everything) are 1 or 2 carbs..........except for those nescafe "drinks" I don't know..........I had one cup yesterday with a drop of heavy cream and a sweet and low.......I did alot of work around the house yesterday and was up and out to work early and I am 2 pounds lighter today so I am thinking it wasn't that bad. Thanks for looking gang..........if anyone finds it please let me know.

And thanks too for the advice about the Vanilla syrup........I hadn't thought of that.........I just love flavored coffee.......I missed my french vanilla capuccino's..........I don't know how many carbs they actually are but I just assumed I couldn't have them on Atkins..........Thanks again everyone

You don't know what you've been missing!

I had read about this stuff often, but had never bought any. I finally did and WOW!!!! It's great. You can use it to flavor coffees, sodas, low-carb ice cream and even for baking. The best thing is that it has no carbs.

I'm posting a link to the site only so that you can see the bottle and all of the different flavores offered. I have never ordered directly from them so can't endorse the website one way or the other. I may have to now that I know they make sugar free Irish cream. I find the syrup at my local health food store, which is conveniently two doors down from Chelsea's dance studio where I go 5 days a week.

wow, thanks...........i'm gonna have to get me some of them. i saw a french vanilla and a strawberry on that list........maybe i will get them both and mix and match them........tee hee!!!!!
