Is Vanellope’s Sweets and Treats only on the Dream? I thought I had seen it was supposed to be on the Fantasy, but now I can't find that. thanks!

Sailed on the Dream right after the renovations. Vanellope's ice cream is delicious! You do pay for the ice cream, gelato and other treats, but it's worth it.
It's in the old arcade location.
