We have first breakfast. About what time would you be outside by the cab stand?

We got off the ship around 830. The taxi line was huge. We took the skytrain to the airport. Super cheap, fast and easy. We weren't the only ones. There were a few cruisers on the train with us.

Car service pick up is handled a little differently. We had second seating and had breakfast at 8 or 8:30, I believe. We arranged for our Aerocar Limo at 10:00 am. Once you get through customs, there is a special pickup area for car service (separate from the buses/taxi lines). When you go to that area, they call up to a holding area with your name and let the car service driver know you are ready and they bring the car down.

I believe first seating is around 6:30/6:45 (depending on which restaurant) so maybe arrange for the car at 8:30 to give yourself time to get off the ship, find your luggage, get through customs and then find the car pickup area. But then you will still be waiting for a while after you check in until the car actually picks you up (if that is a factor for you).

Debarkation breakfast is later on Alaskan cruises. Our 8/2016 one had first breakfast at 7:15/7:30AM. After breakfast, we waited 1/2 hr for our luggage tag to be called, then took a while to find all our luggage (we were missing 1 and had to file a claim--it hadn't made it off the ship and got mailed back to us later). Barring any incident like ours...I would say 9AM at the earliest if you're both having breakfast and having Disney take your luggage off the ship. Customs was very quick for us--so all our extra time was spent trying to find our luggage.

I advise you to call the car service directly yourself, too. The dispatcher in the port totally flubbed calling for our car, and we sat around an extra 45 minutes until I finally insisted she call again for our car.

I also suggest taking the train. It’s really easy, the station is right there, and it’s cheap. As for breakfast, consider Cabanas. We had early seating, so breakfast at 7:15, and it was very chaotic, definitely the worst dining service of our trip. After breakfast, we were lucky to find a couple of chairs in the Promenade lounge to wait for our group to be called. There were crowds of people waiting everywhere, but once we got off the ship, everything was pretty quick.
