Vancouver 4 to 5 hour tour recommendations?

Hi will be in Vancouver for about 4 hours, any suggestions on a sightseeing tour? Family went in 2011 had a Private Limo driver that was magnificent...lost his name & number. Does anyone know of something similar to this? Any info on tours would be great!!!
