10 person van....$100 RT what do you tip??? Still $20 or more???

We tipped $15 each way - the driver was on time, helpful with luggage and played DVD's in both directions (even fast forwarded over the sad parts we didn't want to see).

I'd probably tip $1 per bag, plus a bit extra if you have a grocery stop. That would probably come out to about $10-$15 each way.

Recent posts I've read have suggested that 20% is the going rate, so you sound right in the ball park.
