Yes, but so far it seems to be limited to the seven designated Good Neighbor hotels in the Disney Springs area.

Oh, I thought that the Disney Springs hotels (which have these perks) were a subset of the good neighbor hotels (the rest of which don't).

It can be confusing but Disney has distinct divisions among non-Disney hotels.

The Disney Springs hotels are NOT Good Neighbor Hotels.

The Disney Springs hotels are called "Official Walt Disney World Hotels" and yes, for 2018 at least, they get 60 day FP+ and EMH. This is their website is here. - http://disneyspringshotels.com/

Disney Good Neighbor Hotels do not get the 60 day FP+ and EMH, are not part of the DS hotels and you can find them all on their website ~ https://www.wdwgoodneighborhotels.com/.

The Disney Springs hotels are called "Official Water Disney World Hotels" and yes, for 2018 at least, they get 60 day FP+ and EMH.

They probably call them Official Water Disney World Hotels because they each have their own waterpark.
