value vacation villas

Has anyone ever heard of value-vacation villas, they are a UK based villa rental company and they have Elite Homes as their
on-site agent ? Anyone who has booked a house with them ?
We are from Belgium and booked for April 4 till April 17. I assume not much can go wrong, because we only had to pay a deposit of a one night fee (77 usd) and have to pay the rent upon arrival, we are paying 1300 usd for a 3 bedr pool-home for 2 weeks. They appoint the home upon arrival (like a hotel room) and assure that you're not further than 15mins by car from WDW. They were very quick and informative to answer e-mails and everything. Since we're arriving late, they gave us the code of a lock box on their office wall, so we can take our keys and directions to the house. Then they want you to come in the next morning and pay your rental, so you actually only pay after you've slept in the house one night ! They also guarantee they'll give you another villa if you're not happy with the one they first appointed to you.
To me this looks like a good deal, what do you all think ?

I have not stayed at vacation value villas but I do rent from elite. I know elite manages many listings. I've never had any major problems with elite. Any problems I had were minor and addressed immediately. I did request a certain area last time I rented and they did accomodate me. The homes were all beautiful and the deposit and cancellation policys were the same as yours.

I've used two different Elite companies twice. I had two great experiences with them.

As for areas, I like the ones closest to Disney on the west side, just my preference. I've stayed at Indian Creek, Indian Ridge Oaks and Rolling Hills, all very close to Disney.

I requested Rolling Hills. It was very close to WDW and we could even see fireworks at night.
