Do the value season dates change from year to year? I am considering planning our first trip the last week of August (week before Labor Day) but I want to make sure it is value season. Also what rate should I expect to get for the All Star Music, I am a Disney Visa cardholder, but that's about it. Are the crowds low at that time. Sorry so many questions, but I read a copy of a 2004 guidebook and it list the last week of August as a moderate season and did not list the crowds as being low at that time

I have not been to WDW in late August. I have read that starting around the middle of August the crowds get lighter because of schools opening in the South. Check mousesaver.com and allearsnet.com about the different seasons and rates.

Hi,
I'm thinking the crowds would be thinner. We are here in NC and many of the southern states start school mid Aug.The only drawback to going in Aug.would be the heat and yucky humidity. :guilty: If you think your gang can hang with it, go for it! :cheer2: Mine are wimps. :rotfl:
