value season/holiday season ?

This is probably a silly ? but I need to ask it.

If you stay at a WDW at a time when it changes from value to holiday season do they charge you the higher price when the season changes? For instance if we stay at POP Dec. 14-22, do they charge us the low rate for the first 6 nights and the high rate for the last 2 days? I was thinking that when we stayed in Feb. 2004 that they gave us the low rate for the whole time, even though it should have changed. Anyone know how its supposed to work?

We have stayed during value season that changed to regular season and was charged value the whole time. I pretty sure it still works that way.

Disney charges at the rate in effect as of the day you check in, so if the season changes part way thru your stay you do not pay the new rate for the end of your stay. This works both ways, if you check in during Holiday Season and stay into regular, or value, season they will charge you at the Holiday rate for your whole stay.
