Value Season for 2003???

When will the dates for the value season for 2003 be released. I want to book my Feb. 03 trip but I want to make sure it is in the value season rate.

This year the final day of the value season was Feb 13.

And the last day of Value season in 2001 was Feb. 14. It seems to be falling on the Wednesday before President's Week each year. I think it's normally annouced in Sept. or Oct. ~~
