Value season email discount offers

I got an email last year from WDW with a discount code for a value resort for $49 a night. I think I got one the year before too. Can I expect this to happen again this year? The website gives me a price for Sept of $77 a night for values and $134 for POFQ which is the other resort we are considering. When and where can I get a discount code? If I just call to make the reservation will they try to find one for me??

seems discounts are few and far between this year ! I have been hoping for a code for months ! I just don't think Disney is being as generous with them this year, they must be filling up their resorts without giving out discounts to the general public
