Value season dates?

Can someone tell me the exact dates of the 2009 value season for the first part of the year (Jan/Feb)? Also, if you have a vacation that carries over from value into a regular season, how are you charged for it?

DL doesn't do value seasons like WDW does. You will be charged for each night at the going rate, so if one night is $159 and the next is $179 you are charged according.
