I am trying to decide which value resort to stay at. I am wondering if there are benefits, as far as the buses to the parks are concerned, to staying at one over the other? Which ones drop off first etc. Any input?

Pop Century only has one drop off/pickup area for all busses. Pop is close to MGM.

The All-Stars are combined for drop-off/pickup.

We have stayed at ASMo and Pop and I have to say that I like the fact that POP had its own bus.

Go with Pop Century. Does not share bus service with another Value.

If you have to choose one of the All Stars, take Sports. Its the first in the line and sometimes when they are sharing busses during the middle of the day it stops at Music then Movies. By getting Sports you can get a seat.

BTW, at the end of the day heading back to your resort, be prepared to be overwhelmed if you go right after park closing. The bus ques are PACKED TO THE GILLS!!! Sit back, relax and wait about 30 mins eating ice cream or just stroll through the shops.
