Value Resorts in January... Want to avoid construction.

Hi everyone,
Looking to go mid-January and saw there will be some construction/refurbishment at value resorts.
Does anyone have specific recs regarding which one to choose and which areas to book rooms? Wanting a relaxing but also the best value. Thank you fur your advice!

I do not believe there will be any construction at the AllStar Value resorts. Only POP/AoA.
