No, the Disney Rewards Visa deal does not apply to Value resorts.

Unfortunately for our trip! : (

I have heard that they are trying to get people into the moderates and deluxe resorts as they are not having trouble filling the values. With the 2 specials that our out there for 2010, that sure seems to be the case. My DD is insistant on sticking with the values, so our savings is sure not great for this trip.
