Value resort comparison

We've stayed at All Stars before, but never at the new Pop Century. Has anyone been to both? If so, can you compare them on items like check-in, room size and cleanliness, and pools. Plus anything else that may have an influence.

I've stayed at all the Values. Out of the 4 I like PC and ASmovies the best.

PC has more rooms than each of the All-Stars. So checking in can take longer. When we went in May I think I wait about 30-40 mins to check in. Checking into ASsports in April was about 5-10 mins.

PC because there are more rooms there are more people using the bus system. But then again if the All-Stars' are sharing a bus thats a factor too.

I do prefer the food courts at the All-Stars resorts I just think they have more of a selection. DD11 loves her mickey waffle sundaes that are not available at PC.

To me the rooms seem a little smaller at PC but I think its because the beds are closer to the door but there is a bigger gab between the 2nd bed and the adjoining bathroom wall. Its a narrower gab at All-Stars.

I've never had a problem with any Disney room being unclean.

It sounds like I prefer All-stars. I don't know which I prefer but I do know that since PC has opened we have stayed there 3 times and once at Allstars. If you choose PC go for the 50's or the 70's buildings they are closer to parking, lobby and bus stops.

Sorry that I can't answer that for you right now, but I leave for my first stay at POP in 2 weeks. I'll be more than happy to share once I get back. I've also stayed at ASMo & ASMu. (I notice we're neighbors. )
