Does anyone have any stories of cast members making their trip extra special. Me and my fiancé went in december and had two at music who treated us like royalty.

Don't let the lack of responses so far disappoint you. Magic happens at all the Disney Resorts all the time. pixiedust:

A CM named Macey at POP and she was super sweet ....not that she did anything extra but the just the interaction with her was great

Our last trip was to Pop and was over my younger daughter's birthday. Our trip started with the CM at check-in giving her flowers that she said Mickey left for her. Every day when we came back to our room, Mousekeeping had done something different with her toys--even had her doll waiting in the window watching for us one day.

I love Pop, and we don't even consider staying anywhere else.

Last year, our family stayed at Art of Animation. My husband had lost his refillable mug somewhere on Disney property, we could not remember if it was lost somewhere on the resort or at the waterpark we attended that day.

Coming back to the resort in the evening, we realized it was gone and my husband went to purchase another one. When the CM, named Peter, scanned our key and told my husband, `Did you already purchase your cup because it says here that you did,` my husband told him what happened. Peter said he felt horrible that the cup was lost and replaced it for him for free!

When we got back home from our trip, we mentioned Peter in a wonderful letter that we wrote back to Disney. They even wrote back thanking us for such kind words towards their Cast Member!

Last December a cast member at luggage services was an amazing help when there was a problem with magical express with my handicapped mother. I too sent a letter to Disney praising him and got the same response from them.

We checked out of All Star Music and were having breakfast at Kona when I remembered that I left all my husbands meds (including all his insulin and supplies) in the refrig at our room at Music. I went back and spoke to a Manager at the check in area at Music and he told me that Mousekeeping had found all the meds and saved them. Manager told me that they usually toss them out but this particular Mousekeeper did not. I could not thank him enough!!!

Can't recall her name but in August at AS Sports I'd had a very bad day - NOTHING to do w/ WDW--long trip down, a friend of mine went missing (and has yet to be found) and the check out lady w/ blonde frizzy hair at the food court just had such a kind and compassionate smile and attitude that it just made everything better. I returned another day with a small gift and to tell her so. She was so sweet, she cried.

I hope you are all emailing Disney about these stories and CM's. To amny times we only complain and dont complimentma
Did this with Mcdonalds last week. This guy in the LAs vegas one was one of the happiest if not THEE happiest mcdonals crew member ive ever seen and heard.

I ended up walking up, shaking his hand and say oh AMAZING he was. he wasnt just friendly to the regulars that seemed to come in a lot he was that way with everyone. He was great and i told him that and i told him i was going as high as i possibly could to tell someone.

I started off with the general number, left the info and requested the GM number, then the DM(district) then the region and finally talked to someone in the corporate office with Mcdonalds. Each of them said how amazed they were someone called in with a compliment , that it rarely happens. They didnt say that directly but i got the jist lol
