Value Rehabs? Are they done?

Hi there!
It's been YEARS since we've stayed value, but I'm looking for a cheap long weekend in October or January. Do I need to worry about construction or bus issues due to rehabs at any of the value resorts? I know a while back one of the All Star food courts was closed and that sounded like a mess.

End Zone and Intermission have already been rebuilt and World Premiere is still several(if not more) years away from a rebuild/refurb.

Also all Pool fences have been completed for the 6 Pools so no construction inconvenience in the Pool areas.
