Value of 7-day flex ticket

I used to have this info, but can't find it, and Disney doesn't have ticket prices on their website right now. Can anyone tell me what a 7-day adult base flex ticket would be worth in US $? I thought it was >$600, but according to this site, it's $490 + tax. I don't think that's right.

I upgraded a 7 day adult flex ticket in November 2019 to an annual pass and received a credit of $521.85 US towards my annual pass. However I think the value depends on when AM purchased the ticket.

I looked back on one of my earlier posts from 2019 and yes, it should be worth at least $627.29. Unfortunately I didn't keep the receipt from December when we renewed my son's AP, but I know GS gave us a little more than that - ~$650. I was quite happy. The quote I got on the phone last night was $564.56 and I know it's the same batch of AM tickets which were supposed to expire at the end of 2020. The CM said he couldn't price bridge at this time, but maybe in a few weeks.

I think my flex tickets were the ones that expired at the end of 2019, but not 100% sure. I do recall people posting the amount they were credited for their AM tickets and it seemed to fluctuate from one person to the next.
