I have 7 day park hopper tickets with plus features from 03.
I'm pretty sure there is 1 day & 2 or more pluses on each. Does someone know if they are usable & how to go about validing them.
Thanks in advance.

Wendy

You have to be at WDW to find out what is left on your old ticket.

Alternatively if you are going for just a weekend (if your ticket probably has just a day or two left) just use the ticket as-is in the turnstile until the ticket is exhausted and the turnstiles reject it. Before throwing away the ticket, also use it at the water parks until the plusses are exhausted.

For a longer vacation, use up the plusses any time but the leftover park day(s) are worth more if you save them for a short vacation.

Thanks for the information. I thought that was what I had read. A short trip is just what I'm thinking. Friday thru Monday 1st weekend of March. We havent seen much :sunny: here in Michigan. Need some Magic in our lives.

Any Guest Services office can tell you what exactly is left on the tickets.

I took some old passes this past week, I had a collection of tickets with one day left on them. the concierge at SSR checked all my tickets for me. And they all worked when I got to the parks. All tickets are tagged now with your finger print. So anyone buying new your way tickets with the never expire option will not be able to transfer the tickets.

Ok I now realize that my one ticket is for a kid & that kid is now 12. I'm sure there is one day left on the hopper part & @ least 3 plus options. Im thinking of just a friday-tuesday trip. Are the plus options also age based? I'm sure I would have to upgrade the kid ticket to adult for the 1day. Think I would be silly to plan only 1 park day? Which resort would give us the most disney @ the resort itself. Have only stay @ por. Thanks for help Wendy

Disney will not penalize a child for growing up. Take the old child PHP and the now-12yo child to any Guest Services locaction and they will be able to exchange the child pass for an adult pass with the same number of days and features that the child pass has on it. The child will need to be present so that they can verify that you are actually "updating" the child's pass and not simply exchanging a child's old ticket so that another adult can use it.

Is it "silly" to plan only 1 park day? No, if that is all that you have time for, it's not silly. It certainly beats no park days at all.

I love the Contemporary b/c it was the first. And it is so close to the MK you can walk to the gates. You've got the monorail running thru the lobby and Chef Mickey's right there on the Concourse. If you have a tower room facing the MK, you can see the castle from your balcony. To me, you can't get more "Disney" than this. But everyone will have a different opinion on this.
