Listen I get hormonal migraines too. Imitrex works for me. It might be something to talk with your doc about.

Thanks for stopping by my journal :D .

Well, I succeeded in my goal for the week :hyper: . Now on to next week. I am going to get back into exercising. Goal for the week will be 3 times.

Tomorrow I am going to a stamp expo so that should be fun. The whole day out with the girls and then out to dinner.

Sunday will be quiet time at home watching the race (even though Jr. won't be racing :( ). I'll still root for his car, though ::yes:: .

I'm sorry I haven't been here for a few days. There is a lot of stuff going on right now and I've been feeling very low. I just didn't have the energy to post. I know I'm being vague but I just can't bring myself to talk about it yet.

Please know that I am thinking of all of you even when you don't see me posting.

Thanks for the good wishes, all :grouphug: .

Things are much better for me and I am thankful to God for that. I think I'm ready to get my butt back in gear ::yes:: .

I did weigh-in on Sunday 8/1 and I was at 152. I don't remember what I was at my last weigh-in but I think I may have lost a couple of pounds. At least I didn't go up. I started at 165 so I'm fairly happy with the big picture so far. I know I could have lost SO much more so far if only I had the dedication.

Goal for the week - drink my water every day.

Looks like we'll be at the "world" at the same time! Or near about!

Thanks for posting in my journal :D .

Food choices this week aren't going well but at least the water is :crazy: . Seems like I just can't get my act together and do all of my healthy living goals at the same time. It has been very muggy and hot here so I have not felt like cooking at all. Plus we have been running around a lot lately so fast food has been convenient :( .

I think I may have to challenge myself to a couple weeks of no fast food again to break that horrible habit. I've been really dizzy today and not feeling quite right. I wonder if it is from eating poorly for the past couple of days.

I hope everyone has a good weekend. I am going to Newport to take a lunch cruise and then shopping and rubber stamping on Saturday. It should be a really nice girls day out and I'm looking forward to it ::yes:: ! Take care my WISH friends. You will be in my thoughts :wave: .
 
Val, I'm sending some healing :wizard: right away to help you feel better!!

Getting back in the groove can be tough, especially when you don't feel healthy! Just work on the water this week and maybe next week you can add in another healthy habit, like no fast food. Just take baby steps, Val, because it's so easy to feel overwhelmed!

I see you found our WISH party! Glad you could come!! Let's celebrate those good choices we make every day. Even though you're struggling, you're still choosing to drink your water! You'll be back in the groove in no time! ::yes::
