Valid period for Dining Credits?

As I understand it, the DDP is good for 1 Table Service, 1 Quick Meal and 1 Snack.

The question...

During what time period do I have to use it? If I arrive on Monday and stay 3 nights, I understand I get 3 sets of the above, but do I really have 4 days to use them up (All of Mon, Tues, Wed and Thur)? Are the credits good all day of the last day?

Can I eat a cheap dinner one night and then use 1 Table Service credit for Chef Mickey's after checking out the last day?

Yes...Your credits are good up until 11:59 pm the day you check out

You get all your credits available to you (for the entire trip) as soon as you check in and receive your key cards. The credits expire at midnight on the day you check out, if you haven't used them all up before then.
