Anyone can use the valet parking at the resort.

Although at the CR last week, there was a sign posted at the security guard post saying that, due to high attendance, only registered guests and those with confirmed dining reservations would be permitted to park at the CR. There wasn't a distinction made between self parking and valet parking (and I didn't ask), but I think there will always be conflicting answers to this question -- particularly during times of high attendance at the parks. Parking at the Epcot Resorts and MK Resorts can be limited.

From where? I'd say it's probably about 5-10 minutes to the TTC from one of the MK resorts, about 15 minutes from Epcot resorts, and about 25 minutes from AKL.

In the past, I've shown up at the Epcot resorts during very busy times (during F&WF, when there was a giant IT conference going on at the Epcot resorts) and saw similar signs about limited parking. The guard wouldn't let me in to self-park, but as soon as I told the guard that I would valet park, he would let me right in.

Thus, I would suspect that a sign indicating that there is limited parking applies only to self-parkers and not someone who wants to valet park.

i will add that when we stayed at blt last jan. this sign was out. it was a low crowd time, but not according to cr!

We asked about using valet at CR and we were still turned away. They said we needed to be staying there or have a dining reservation there.

However, in general at all resorts, anyone is allowed to valet their car. Also, if you have valeted your car at another resort, you only pay the $15, once per day. It's not $15 for each place, within one day. But don't forget to tip each time.
