Valet Parking

Hi Folks....

A few valet parking related questions for you experts....

1) Does Downtown Disney have Valet Parking?.....if so how much and is there a way to get it valadated for free?

2) Is Disney's Grand Calif valet parking free if you eat at Napa Rose?

3) Is the Disneyland Hotel's valet parking free if you stay there? If not how much?

From what I understand, valet parking is never free (even if you eat or stay on site).. Parking at DTD is hourly and can get $$$.. My sister got stuck with a rather large exit fee once and was shocked that she couldn't get a validation. (this was a couple of years ago and the DTD parking rules may have changed )

If you stay at one of the on site hotels, regular parking is included in the resort fee.

GCH valet parking is free with Napa validation. Just tip the valet. (So technically not free, but close to it.

DTD self parking is 4 hours with validation from a restaurant in DTD.

That's good to know... I guess my sister didn't ask the right people about the validation.

I learned that one early on - the shop merchants in DTD don't validate, only the restaurants. Pay once, learn forever.

We used to be bimonthly regulars at the Napa before kids, so that's how we know about that. I believe that Storytellers will also validate.

You are probably right about the 5 hours. The valet is located at the parking entrance next to ESPN. You pull up into the drop-off loop and it's there. It's possible they only pull it out on busy nights and weekends, or when HoB has a big concert in the venue.

I KNEW I could depend on you all.

I'm eating at Napa Rose (for the first time) next Saturday night.....so I will valet at the GCH and just get the ticket validated.

The next day I'm staying AT the DLH so I'll just self park that day.
