Valet parking ??

Two questions about valet parking:

1) When you pay for valet parking at the resort you are staying at, can you use valet parking at another resort without paying additional fee?" and

2) Do you still have the "3 hour limit" they give you when youn go to, say Chef Mickey's, and self park?

1. Yes

2. Not exactly. They still don't want you to use valet parking at say the BW or CR to park in order to visit the MK or Epcot, but they won't tow like they do in self parking to enforce it.

So if we have dinner reservations at the Contemporary and want to valet park and then after dinner take the monorail to MK this is ok but you have a $6 valet parking fee (plus tips)? Is this correct?

If you have a handicapped parking permit, then valet parking is complimentary at WDW.
