Maybe its $12 and I got it mixed up with parking at the parks which I believe is $14.

Another yes for they will charge you for each day even if you don't take the car out. We always rent a car and generally use it each day of our trip. However there is usually one day where we don't take it out so it sits in the lot for 24 hours and we are always charged valet parking for that day.
