Valet parking at DTD and handicap

With DTD having valet parking I was wondering if anyone knew if those with handicap plates or cards would be able to use this service free of charge as they are able to do so at other Disney Resorts. I did see that valet at DTD would be free if you dined with TIW.

The handicap parking at DTD is so limited. And if one is trying to find a stall that allows for side entrance on a van it is almost impossible.

I posted about this and was told no only free valet was for tiw.
