Valet $ at S/D??

This is probably posted somewhere on the S/D FAQ thread but I thought I'd make a quick thread since we're leaving tomorrow.

Does anyone know how much valet parking is at the S/D?? thanks.

$10 per day according to the FAQ's

To be honest - at the Swan we never needed it - we parked in regular parking (which if you are looking out front door of swan is to the right of valet). Then we just came in the doors near the convention area. It was never very far.

Thanks, that's what I thought. We've stayed at the Swan several times, I didn't find it necessary to valet there. But, it can be a long walk at the Dolphin if the hotel is at capacity and I believe it is the next few days.

Valet will make it easier for my 4 yr old and myself. We did this our last trip at another resort and it just made for a much easier trip (especially accounting for all the walking you do all day)

(When we stayed at the Dolphin in May I remember parking a long way from the building but they were doing some construction then and the hotel wasn't that busy either.) So, we'll check it out first. Thanks for your help

Hi,

We valeted at the Dolphin and it is $10 per day and then tips when you use the car. Just an FYI the $10 does not cover parking at any of the Disney owned deluxe resorts you might visit. You would have to pay the additional $6 plus tip if you valet at any of the Disney deluxe resorts.
