Valet and handi-cap parking ?

At Disney, valet parking is free if you have a handicap license plate or hanging tag for your car. Is there anything similar at Universal?

We will be going in March and I see that there is a charge for self park as well as a charge for valet. Maybe the handicap can use the valet service for the same cost as self park rather than getting it for free?

Nothing available at Resorts for handicap parking. They used to give parking complimentary, but this stopped a few years back
