Valentines Day's ADR?

I saw on Deb's site that the ADR is different for V-day. It says 48 hour cancellation policy and you must book with a CC. Does this apply to ALL ADR or the ones she has listed? I'm thinking of doing dinner at the Concourse Steakhouse but am not sure yet. Does it fill up fast because it's V-day?

Anyone?? I'm certain most restaurants fill up fast on Valentines Day, but not sure of any special policy at the restaurants with ADR's.

I made an ADR for the BD for the Fantasmic Dining Package on Valentine's Day. I wasn't asked for a credit card and I have called to check it more than once. Everything is still there.

Thanks for the replies! I just called and made an ADR for Concourse and no CC number was required.
