Valentine's Day ideas?

I'm at a total loss for what to do for my fiancee this Valentine's Day. Last year she was still away at college so we sent each other mixed CDs with love songs, cards, candy, etc but this year we will be spending it together. She's in between jobs right now so money is tight for her, and I don't want to buy her some expensive gift and make her feel bad that she can't do the same for me. We're planning on going to dinner, but I'm trying to think of something I could make or buy inexpensively that would be really special.

So...what do you all do for your significant others for Valentine's Day?
