Cooking Valentine dinner ideas

Well..my dh is going to be away Valentine's Day weekend....so I thought that I would make a nice dinner for my kids ds18 and dd14 just to remind that how much I love them.

NOW...what should I make? It can not be anything too fancy...they won't like it...any thoughts anyone??

What are their favorite foods? Could you make those, and put them on special china, get candles, and flowers, and make a special dessert.

It will be special, and memorable.
