Did anyone get vaccinations before their cruise? If so, which ones did you get... Thanks...:)

Nothing special, but it's always a good idea to make sure your tetanus is up to date; I double checked on mine and ds9 at the same time we were getting the booster for ds5.

We're going on the western itinerary this summer and my DSs' pediatrician told me that we didn't need any special vaccinations. Both DSs (ages 16 and 13) are up to date on all of their regular vaccines, including tetanus.

I haven't had any, but Cash has to be up-to-date on his rabies, Corona, Bordatella, etc., and I will make sure I have an up-to-date health certificate for him with me at all times as well as his permit to be imported into the Bahamas...

He just wants to see a dolphin.....

We are booked on the 11/27 eastern and we are planning on getting flu shots.

Last fall, before our cruise, we did the flu, tetanus and started the Hepatitis a and b series. Other than that the doc said we were good to go as long as it was only the caribbean.

As other posters said, it's a good idea to have your tetanus booster is up-to-date. If you are curious as to which immunizations are required for out-of-country travel you can check the Center for Disease Control Traveler's Health page at http://www.cdc.gov/travel/. HTH
