Vacationhomes.com ?? Anyone ever used?

We are considering renting a 7 br home in Formosa Gardens Resort listed on Vacation Homes.com. They list for individual owners but you are actually renting from the owner or their real estate manangement company. My dh is worried about using them. We are definitely only going to rent if the accept major credit cards so we will have that protection. Any input?

I have not used this site. However, I have rented villas direct from owners in the WDW area several times. I've always had really great luck. The villas are a great way to go. Formosa Gardens is supposed to be an incredible development too.
