Hi! We stayed at 248 High Grove in 2007 and it was very clean and super nice. However, the next year we stayed at 320 High Grove and it was not in great condition. We had to have housekeeping come and do some touch ups, but it was still a bit tired and I hated to sit on the couches because of the stains. These are all owned by Shane & Heather--I do recommend them if you are wanting value lodging. You get a lot of space for a great price. My advice regarding the homes is to ALWAYS choose the leather furniture over the cloth. Also I think the ranch styles are less used and are in better condition. After our disappointing stay in 2008, we upgraded (about $400) and stayed in Windsor Hills. I can't say enough about that place and it was worth it to me as I am a clean freak. Also, you cannot beat the location--only 5 minutes from the parks and lots of restaurants and stuff.
