vacation strategy deposit

hi, has anyone else had a problem getting there deposit refunded, we sadly had to cancel our booking on the 11th march and we are still waiting for our deposit back, i have asked on the facebook page and they just said it had been refunded, it seems to be a long wait when disney paid us back within 3 days, any help appreciated

We had to cancel with Vacation Strategy last year and we got our refund of our deposit very, very quickly. I would ask VS to verify with you which credit card (even last four numbers) they returned the deposit to and make sure they gave the credit to the correct account/person.

thanks, after contacting them 3 times we got our deposit returned today, took nearly 4 weeks but at least we have it now
