Vacation Rental Area/Resort/Complex help

Okay, please help me narrow down a list of vacation rental areas/resorts/complexes that fit the bill....

Close to Disney

Close to Marriott World Center Conference Area

Preferably in a resort-type area with an awesome pool good for kids

Looking for a house not a condo..... There are so many areas I have no idea where to even start looking....

The closest pool homes would be in Indian Wells but it's not resort just private homes with pools.
The nicest pool home subdivision with a resort type clubhouse, large pool and water slide etc would be Windsor Hills. It's not a true resort with planned activities but lots to do. It would be about 10-15 minutes or so to the Marriott. It's about 5 or 6 minutes to Animal Kingdom parking lot and 7 or 8 minutes to DHS, 10 - 15 to MK and Epcot.
On this map Windsor Hills is #1, Indian Wells is #169 and Marriott World above marker 109

There are no pool homes up in the Lake Buena Vista and Orlando area due to zoning laws.
