We are staying at the DLH in May. The still have this service to make your dining reservations, don't they? Can they make your Fantasmic and WOC dining reservations also? How do you go about doing this? Email?

It's for alll guests staying onsite. It's nice to be able to have tours and reservations booked for you instead of getting up early and phoning yourself. once you check in, the hotel will give you an itinerary of your trip with all the info as well as any tickets you might need.

Wow, thanks. Somehow, in all my research, I missed this tidbit.
WDW CL has a form they send out. Do they do something like that?
Should I just shoot them an email with our reservation info?
Or do I just send them my reservation info and then a list of what we want to do and when?

Anyone have any links on the process? I'll figure it out myself if there is something I can read on how it works. I have tried to do a bit of DLH research but much of what I find is quite old

How far in advance do you email them your requests? Do they email back to confirm they got everything with confirmations?

I emailed them with my reservation number and requests. I emailed early because we will be on a cruise at 60 days out. In my email I told them I knew they couldn't make them yet and why I was emailing them early. I got a response saying they couldn't get my entire credit card information from my room reservation so they needed me to call (I can't remember if you have to put a credit card down to hold dining reservations but I am also having them by tickets for WOC and Fantasmic dining). I called them with the information and she said she would email me at 60 days out once she has the reservations.
