Vacation Package FPs and outside guests

Just wondering if the FPs from the package can be used by people not registered on the package, for example if a friend (not staying on-site) decided to join us for the day, can he use our FPs?

Just wondering if the FPs from the package can be used by people not registered on the package, for example if a friend (not staying on-site) decided to join us for the day, can he use our FPs?

I gave two of my unused FPs to a couple of local folks on our last day. They didn't have our names on them so I'm assuming the folks we gave them to were able to use them no problem
