Hope you are now thoroughly confused!!!!

As you can see there are over 100 companies to rent you a home and thousands of homes to rent.

Bottom line....If you want to do very little work and have a home to rent then go to one of the companies above and have them do it all...........But, REMEMBER, you get what you pay for!!!!

A 79 dollar a night home will be a 79 dollar a night home...

If this is a very special vacation and you want the best AND very close to Disney, then be ready to pay a little extra.

The competition is fierce now for rentals, so there are good bargains, but also lots of promises at super low prices....

I still think that taking the time to rent from an owner is the best way to go....It takes some time to shop but you know what you are getting and will deal directly with the owner....

are two of the easiest to use and shop for.....If you want very close to Disney look in Oak Island Cove, Emerald Island, and Formosa Gardens....
Another 3 minutes farther is Indian Creek, Windsor Palms and Lindfields....

Another 8 minutes is all the developements on Highway 27...this should be the least expensive as it is a couple of miles farther from Disney...


Good Luck...it is really hard to go wrong....ask this board questions about specifics and we will see if we can help....

We got a home before through www.orlandovillas.com and it ended up costing about $90/night including taxes. It was a fantastic house in Formosa Gardens. I'm not sure what the above poster means by a $79 house is a $79 house, as our house was really awesome. Furnishings weren't in the decor I might have chocen, but I can get over that for a four bedroom, three bath house with private pool

Hi..if you can $75 in Formosa Gardens, go for it....there are many homes that are not a bargain like that.

lilsonicfan got a heck of a deal and it really goes to show how the competition for rentals is getting pretty fierce....good luck...and just insist on seeing the home you are getting and the area....

most of the best rentals now have a slide show and even a virtual tour...

We are just backed and booked a villa thru www.villadirect.com.
Very easy, and a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful home in Emerald Island. When we got there the pool heat was off (probably because we were there the first week they offered heat)- we called and someone was over to fix it within an hour, great service. That was our only problem.
