Vacation homes near disney world

I was wondering if anyone has any input on rental homes near Disney for vacations. We have a large trip in the making. We would need 2 house and would like to be close to Disney and the house next to each other. I have found a few but I wasn't sure if anyone had recommendations on agencies they have used or people they have rented from, since we have never done this route before I would like to explore all options before making a final decision.

Paradise cay. Very close to disney. The guy we rented from has two properties that are a few doors down from each other.

They're 3 bedroom 3 bath town homes.

Reunion is great! Beautiful homes, awesome water park, 3 of the best golf courses in Central Florida, and takes about 10 minutes to Disney.

We have stayed in Emerald Island and Terra Verde. They are both very nice, EI is more expensive but closer to Disney. Jane at www(dot)mydisneyhouses(dot)com has 4 houses in EI and was very good to us when we stayed at one of them in 2008. I don't know how close her houses are together, but I'd say your best bet is to find one owner who has multiple properties as looking at VRBO you have no idea where they are in the neighborhoods. You may also be able to make that request to All Star Vacation Homes, but they tend to be expensive for the exact same houses than going direct.

Thanks so much! I was also just recently talking to a Jane about rental homes, Hmm I wonder if it's the same Jane. But her company is called mickeys homes. Anyway very helpful thanks so much for the input!! We are planning to stay in either EI or Windsor hills, which was much easier to choose with the help from everyone on here who has the experience, which we don't since we normally stay onsite.

We like Sunset Lakes. Lots of rentals and only about 8 minutes to AK.
