Vacation home recommendation for friend with 7 kids

My friend will be traveling to Disney with her DH and 7 kids, so needless to say, they want a vacation home! Any recommendations? Thanks!

That's funny, my friends and their 7 kids are going in March. Actually the seventh is being born this morning as we speak.
You can get 6 - 8 bedroom houses. Windsor Hills, Acadia Estates, Windsor Palms, Rolling Hills etc have 6 bedroom homes. Emerald Island has up to 7 and some homes in Formosa Gardens Estates have 8. These are all in the area west of Disney's maingate. There are other subdivisions in Davenport and along Poinciana Blvd.

Windsor Hills is #1, zoom in a click on a few of the blue markers around there and you'll see the rest.

I always suggest the place we are staying at in Windsor Hills when it is a large family interested. Visit Sunkissed Villas It is a 6 Bed 4 Bath. 2 King size bedrooms, 3 Kids themed rooms(cars, princess, beach theme). It has a pool, game room(with every gaming console possible for the kids LOL) and also includes many children's items such as crib, strollers, highchair etc. And it is very resonably priced. Awesome owners. Hope this helps.

We've loved staying at sjsvillas in Rolling Hills and their rates are great. They would rather make you a deal than have the unit empty.
We just got back last night from Casa Grande in Indian Creek and that home sleeps 10, but it's all kings and queens. It was perfect for us, but perhaps not the best for kids.

Even though we love the location of WH and some of the other villas mentioned, our family of six needs more budget friendly locations. We stay further out in Davenport. This is the place we stayed last year and we loved it.

We paid $925 including taxes, fees, and pool heat.
They went up on the price this year so we booked a different home.
