Vacation home pool heat in August needed?

This will be my 1st time at a vacation home and I have put in tons of inquires and the feedbacks always list pool heat options (not sure if that's standard). Finally after a few days I get a email from a home owner without a pool heat option, so I asked. He gave me a reasonable price ($100 for 2weeks) but said I wouldn't need it for the times I'm staying. Does this sound right? Are resort pools heated? I go o Disney yearly but never payed attention whether on site or offsite if the pools were heated. My dates are 8/10-22. Thanks so much.

Pool heat in august will make the pool too warm to refresh you so I would suggest you wouldn't need it .
