Vacation home owner reccomendation

We stayed at Windsor Hills last trip and were very happy with the condo/owner/cleanliness. This trip we were pondering stay at an actual house to be able to have a pool and hot tub right at our fingertips! Does anyone have any recommendations for a family of 4? We are open to trying different developments, but obviously cleanliness and good owner's are our top criteria!

I don't have an individual owner recommendation, but we've rented twice through All Star Vacation Homes and couldn't have been happier. We stayed in Acadia Estates both times and both homes were beautiful. They are a little more expensive than going through an individual, but for us, it was more than worth the extra cost for the service we received. There are plenty of houses online to choose from and what you see online is exactly what you get. In our experience, the All Star staff was very friendly and courteous and was ready to help with any questions or concerns we had. If we do another rental house, we won't use anyone else. We've used Windsor Hills Private Rentals and Emerald Island Private Rentals in the past to contact owners directly. You'll find good selections of properties in the two closest resorts to WDW.

We usually stay at Villa Park Lane in Windsor Hills. It's a 4 bedroom villa with a pool and hot tub and the owners are great to deal with. The property is really nice and comfortable with everything we need for our vacation. We were there in November and we are going back in March. Can't wait!! www.villaparklane.com

We had a great stay in Highgrove at the intersection of 192 and 27. The owner of the property answered emails promptly even with the time difference between England and FL.

We stay at one of the houses from http://www.*****************.com/ The owner is very responsive, and his places are incredibly clean. We have stayed in a 4bedroom townhome, and in a 6 bedroom house. HE has amazing reviews on Home Away, and his own site.
