vacation guide?

We are thinking about adding on, but we don't have a guide because we bought resale. We received a mailer this weekend detailing the current incentives and there was a guide's name listed (Randy Kruger) anyone else have him as a guide? Just wondering if he (it is "he" isn't it? I knew a female Randy once) is one of the better guides or not.

All owners have a Guide even if they buy resale. Randy Kruger is yours. Give Randy a call and introduce yourself. If you end up not getting along you can always request that your Guide be changed.

I'm now on my 3rd guide. The first two got promoted. They just assigned somebody else for the 2nd one, and I got the 3rd when I did an add on during a cruise.
