We had no problems at all on trip from Youngstown to Sanford. Very quick check in and boarding procedures. In fact we were a little late for our return flight due to traffic and the security girl moved us to the front of the security line. Plane was clean and flight attendants were very friendly. Full drink service is available with a very small snack- cheese crackers once, pretzels next.
When we arrived at Sanford we had to wait an hour for our baggage because there was a storm in the area. They will not go near a plane to service it or unload baggage if there is lightning or thunder nearby. We were told there was an accident years ago in which a man was killed by lightning. It was fine though because we went to get our rental car at National.
I highly reccomend National/Alamo at Sanford also. We were the only ones there and had no problems getting the car, price we reserved. They did have their computers shut down because of the storm but he gladly turned one on when we walked in.
